What can be returned?
If any product is unsatisfactory, it may be returned only if it is sealed within its original packaging.
( we do not accept returns that are not Re-sellable period.)

When do items need to be returned by?
Within 7 days from the purchase date (as dated on the corresponding invoice).

How do customers return items?
Please return all items to the above postal address, including your name, number, reason for return and how you paid for your item.
SHIPPING for returns?
Any return shipping rates are the sole cost of the customer. Loving Tan will not be liable to reimburse the customer for any shipping relating to returns.
